These rules govern all contests sponsored by Copperwood in The Hamptons, a residential development of the Grange South West Property Corporation (GSW). Prize details, additional instructions and, if necessary, additional rules, are set out on the contest page of www.copperwood-edmonton.com. No purchase is necessary to enter any contest. The act of entering a contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judge(s).
- All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions and have no cash value.
- GSW will be responsible to courier the prize to the winner unless otherwise noted.
- If a minor wins a trip prize, his/her parent or legal guardian must accompany him/her.
- If contesting is administered all or in part over the telephone, Internet, or fax, neither GSW nor their sponsors or affiliates will be held responsible for any interruption in service, miscommunications, misdirected calls or transmission or technical failure of any kind.
- In the event of 'enter to win' contesting, GSW is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots.
- GSW, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
- Decisions of the judges are final.
- GSW reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at any time.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold GSW and its sponsors, affiliates and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claiming to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.
